The Role: The Account Director is the key day-to-day contact and the face of the agency for the client.
They will be required to demonstrate strong leadership skills, strategic direction and the ability to build great working relationships with all key stakeholders.
They must represent the agency in a professional manner and lead their clients with strong commercial acumen.
They are vital in contributing to business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is already an experienced Account Director or for a solid Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
The Ideal Candidate: The role requires exceptional communication skills, and the confidence to discuss and problem solve challenges.
They will need to be proactive in their communications and be able to lead conversations in a positive and productive manner. The Account Director should be strategic in their thinking.
They should have the ability to constructively challenge briefs (externally) and the work (internally) and always be looking for opportunities for growth.
This individual will be a leader within the agency and are required to have a strong commercial acumen.
They will be involved in setting commercial targets and achieving these, playing a vital role in driving agency growth and success. Skills: Strong leadership skills when dealing with stakeholders, both internal and external. The ability to build strong and trusted relationships with key clients. A proactive approach, looking for opportunities for growth within our clients. Strong presentation skills, including the development of great presentation decks. Exceptional planning and organisational skills. The ability to lead and manage a team. A positive attitude, strong EQ and an empathetic approach. The ability to solve problems. A desire to deliver great creative work, aligned to our creative philosophy. The ability to build a strong and positive presence within the agency. The confidence to challenge and drive the work for better outcomes. A proactive contributor to the growth of the agency.
