About the Role In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for partnering with our managers to drive our New Zealand people operations and talent acquisition strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Team Experience & Performance, this role combines driving culture and performance with hands-on HR responsibilities to foster a positive, highly engaged workplace as our team establishes their presence in the NZ market.

Act as a trusted advisor, guiding managers and employees in cultivating an engaged and collaborative environment.
Lead the talent acquisition strategy for NZ including establishing world class systems, processes and managing the end-to-end recruitment in the ‘establishment’ phase.
Partner with the New Zealand leadership team to translate talent needs into actionable recruitment plans that support our long-term vision.
Collaborate with the leadership team to embed best practices that ensure continuous improvement and recognition.
Build a resilient, agile team to meet the evolving needs of our fast-growing organisation.
About You You are an energetic, positive HR Leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
With a strategic mindset and strong relationship-building skills, you excel at fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Your ability to balance initial demands of talent acquisition and long-term people operations will enable you to drive our growth goals while creating a supportive and engaging workplace.
Ideally you will bring a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
You will have extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership, ideally within a high-growth organisation.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, local market trends, and employment laws in New Zealand will be highly advantageous.
Given the national focus for the organisation, travel would be required.
