Licensed for 100 tamariki, our centre is alive with energy, laughter, and the joy of discovery.

In this role, you’ll build on our meaningful partnerships with Kaiako, whānau, and the wider community.
Collaborating closely with your Area Manager, you'll embrace the chance to shape success in occupancy – leaving your unique imprint along the way.
With a blend of heart-led leadership and practical know-how, you’ll empower your team to shine while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What we’re looking for in you: You hold an ECE qualification and Full Teaching Registration.
You’ve successfully led a centre before and know what it takes to create a joyful, high-performing environment.
Your leadership is people-first, kind, and grounded in strong communication and trust.
You’re a calm, solutions-focused thinker who enjoys juggling the varied pace of centre life.
Above all, you’re passionate about learning, open to fresh ideas, and ready to lead with purpose, warmth, and optimism.
