About you: As a centre manager you will lead with heart and purpose – supporting and guiding a team of passionate teachers. You will be key in building strong community relationships, overseeing compliance management, mentoring and coaching and driving exceptional standards of teaching. What we are looking for: You will hold a Level 7 ECE qualification with Full Teaching Registration Demonstrated leadership experience A passion for quality practice standards and commitment to the principles of Te Whāriki Familiarity with the NZ Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics A strong understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels Why choose Busy Bees?
