Centre Manager - Westfield Albany Join to apply for the Centre Manager - Westfield Albany role at Scentre Group (Owner of Westfield destinations in Aus and NZ) . This is a key leadership role within our Centre team focused on leading the team to connect with our customers, retailers and community to enable us to deliver on our plan - more people to come more often and for longer. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Centre Experience - NZ, you will be responsible for the operational, service, and commercial results that are being delivered for the centre. You will prioritise the team’s focus on the areas our customers tell us are most important, ensuring our NPS and customer listening tools are our key reference point. Key accountabilities Creating, maintaining, and monitoring the customer led culture of Westfield Albany, ensuring the team is coached and empowered to deliver great experiences every day. Building team capability and engagement. Ensuring the effective financial and commercial performance by delivering strong commercial outcomes across the centre P&L and capital planning processes. Ensuring compliance to health and life safety standards across the team and contract partners. Gaining asset team alignment on all strategic planning and priorities. Utilising customer listening tools to inform strategic plans and operational excellence. This role is a 12 month contract commencing in early 2026. What will set you apart from the rest? Your experience in Centre Management and team leadership will highlight your ability to achieve great results through effectively influencing stakeholders across your cohort. In addition, your expertise in project management and financial management will be invaluable contributions to the Centre Manager role. Key skills and qualifications Strong commercial acumen but with a passion for customer experience. The ability to get things done and be happy to ‘roll up your sleeves’. A demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders and consistent operational and commercial results. The ability to communicate with and engage with a broad range of audiences. Previous regional leadership level experience in a fast‑paced retail, property or hospitality environment.
