About The Role We are looking for a dynamic IT Business Partner to join the IT team.
This role is crucial in integrating technology with our strategic goals.
As we expand, the IT Business Partner will be a trusted advisor and key contact for the IT Team, supporting the delivery of technology solutions that meet business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities The role includes, but is not limited to: Act as key point of contact to handle system outages and issues Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget Develop project plans and monitor progress against key milestones Identify and mitigate IT-related risks to the business Provide technology-related in-person and online based training sessions to ensure staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to use systems effectively Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers Facilitate regular review meetings with vendors to assess performance and address any issues Manage IT budgets related to external suppliers, ensuring cost-effective procurement and utilisation of resources Evaluate and recommend cost-saving opportunities Requirements Proven experience in an IT Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of both business and IT landscapes Degree or Diploma in ITProficient technological skills in Microsoft 365, cloud services, security, and network management Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving innovative solutions Benefits Competitive salary and remuneration package Ongoing training and support for professional development Work alongside an ambitious, supportive team in a diverse environment Drive change, make a positive difference, and build confidence in construction for the industry Deliver high-profile, complex commercial projects Shape your own opportunities and career journey Health, Life, Trauma & Income Protection Insurance A great range of other wellness and corporate benefits
