About the role As an experienced recruitment professional and market leader, you will be leveraging a portfolio of existing clients while mentoring your colleagues to deliver to team targets through providing exceptional levels of recruitment service to candidates and clients. Duties: Manage and grow a successful client portfolio with existing clients within our high-volume team Recruit a broad range of roles consisting of temporary, permanent, contract and fixed-term positions Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing and using specialised recruitment tools to uncover passive candidates Calling new clients and existing business to promote our recruitment services and market knowledge Consulting and partnering with our clients to add value to their organisations, being a partner of choice.
