About the Opportunity As a SME Broker, you’ll manage and grow your own portfolio of small-to-medium business clients.
You’ll build trusted relationships, design tailored insurance solutions, and operate with autonomy while being supported by an experienced team.
This position suits an established broker or an ambitious Broker Support ready to take on more responsibility and drive their own client outcomes.
What You’ll Do: Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients across varied industries Collaborate with underwriters to design tailored and competitive cover Produce and implement policy documentation, renewals, and adjustments Identify opportunities to expand your portfolio and contribute to business growth What You’ll Bring:2–5 years’ experience in commercial insurance (broker or broker support level)New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5)/ ANZIIFStrong product knowledge across key commercial lines Confident communicator with the ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results Why Join?This brokerage has a strong reputation for helping brokers develop, expand, and progress their careers.
