A leading Christchurch brokerage with a strong reputation and an established client base is looking for an experienced Commercial Broker Support professional to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled support specialist to apply their commercial insurance knowledge in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

About the Role:You will provide essential support to brokers across the commercial insurance space, assisting with client management, policy administration, renewals, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a professional with proven experience in supporting commercial clients at SME and mid-market level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support brokers in managing commercial insurance portfolios
  • Prepare and process policy documentation, renewals, and endorsements
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive service
  • Assist with risk assessments and general commercial insurance queries
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced insurance professionals to ensure seamless client experiences
