A minimum of 2 years experience in administration, have an outgoing personality and love people interaction.
Adept at organization and compliance.
You won't be afraid to pick up the phone and call people
A high performer – you will be an A player, who will relish delivering results and have a drive to succeed, smashing the mold.
A passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with candidates and staff.
With a proven track record of administration & people interaction.

A valid driver's license.
Accountability, a can-do attitude, and ability to establish and secure pipeline.
A passion for people and great customer service.

  Your Impact:  In this role, you'll be supporting the resourcers across the country, screening and reviewing applications from various platforms, contacting candidates in a timely manner, conducting phone interviews, reference checking, collaborating with teams, assist in crafting and placing job adverts, monitoring and responding to queries promptly and coordinating and scheduling interviews.
