**About the Role**

**Skills and Attributes**
- At least ten years industry experience in an architectural and/or structural Draughty role (experience in both is ideal)
- A minimum of five years New Zealand experience
- Experience in producing architectural, structural drawings, and specifications to a high standard
- A relevant Draughting qualification
- Advanced skills in Autodesk software particularly with Revit
- Thorough understanding of BIM practices and processes
- Experience or knowledge in other software systems like Enscape, Navisworks, Revizto, Tekla and Procore is beneficial
- Thorough understanding of NZBC and NZ Standards
- Sound knowledge of modern construction techniques
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A strong work ethic with proven experience working within a team
- Self-motivated, pro-active problem-solving ability
