Ko tō mahi – What you will do You will be responsible for leading and engaging on Modern Workplace projects, including consulting, design, and implementation, and serving as an escalation point for technical queries within this domain.
The successful candidate will mentor team members, set high standards, and exemplify the qualities we aspire to, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
Daily you will be providing: Leadership and direction - coaching, mentoring and providing feedback Pre-sales consulting - providing technical support and attending customer meetings Escalation management - acting as escalation point Project delivery - within time and budget Comprehensive documentation - ensuring up-to-date documentation is available Na tōu rourou - What you will bring In addition to the below, we are looking for someone who is communicative, friendly, and supportive, with the ability to delegate, think logically, and problem-solve: Bachelor’s level qualification in a STEM field, preferably IT related Industry-related certifications (e.g., O365, Azure - MS102; MD102; AZ104; MS500)Minimum 5+ years as a Senior Escalation Resource (e.g., level 3 Engineer)Previous experience in a consulting role incorporating solution designing and implementation, ownership and mentoring in a project environment Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Offerings (O365 Admin and the Azure Portal)Understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD) - Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, Single Sign-On Solid knowledge of Azure Services and Infrastructure, including networking, virtual infrastructure, and PIMAdvanced skills and knowledge on Share Point concepts, Teams applications, and security concepts across the O365 landscape General understanding of Microsoft Windows server and Workstation, Virtualization (VMWare and Hyper-V), and network switching (up to layer 3)Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience serving as an escalation point ABC delivers mission-critical technology and network solutions across New Zealand, Australia, and the South Pacific.
