**The role**:

- Experience, expertise and understanding of data architectures, HLD and other design artefacts
- A background on delivering to plans - liaising with the domain architects (both Internal and the customer’s) and support/ direct/ drive the cloud and data engineers
- Ensuring build to plan (both compliance to architecture, as well as financial and timing)
- Educating, training and supporting setting up the right team and operating model, aligning to the organisation’s modern methodologies, and our commitment to people, processes and technology
- Able to manage and interact with stakeholders to deliver outcomes, including articulating to a wide range of users
- Data modelling and data solution design experience to support high level data designs
- Agile knowledge and experience, including ceremonies, artefacts and use of tools (e.g. ADO)
- Great communication skills including to diverse stakeholders and showcasing issues and escalations along with what has been achieved and planned
- An attention to detail, with ownership of time lines and outcomes
- Participate in customer planning and operational forums to assist in the deployment to plans
- Participate in a regular review of the road map and plans with other members of the architecture team and key stakeholders

**Knowledge and skills**:

- At least 5 years working in a similar role and/or relevant qualification, e.g ICP-Business Value Analysis (ICAgile), CSPO certification (Scrum Alliance), Data Solution Architect, Data Technical Leads, Principal Analysts, or proven experience supporting the business on realizing delivery outcomes
- Understand data concepts and experience using data manipulation tools, databases, and visualisation tools
- Strong passion for the following topics - Data-driven transformations, Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance & Management, Cloud Technologies
- Capability to inspire and drive change while consistently delivering excellent results
- Skillful prioritisation of initiatives based on business value, user needs, and strategic goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to keep a diverse range of stakeholders engaged and continually updated
- Team-oriented and collaborative working style with clients and within the organisation. growth mindset, positive attitude & strong interest in solving client challenges, adapting to a changing work environment, and dealing with new issues
