The Role
The CFDO leads organisation‑wide finance, digital services, and information technology.
You will provide strategic leadership across financial planning, budgeting, treasury, investment, reporting, audit, procurement, digital governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
This is a pivotal role ensuring IHC has the financial resilience, insight, and digital foundations required to deliver services effectively and sustainably.
Key Focus Areas
Lead financial strategy, long‑term planning, and disciplined resource allocation
Ensure transparent financial management, audit compliance, and strong stewardship
Modernise digital systems and services, including cyber resilience, infrastructure, data, and enterprise applications
Strengthen digital capability and technology governance across the organisation
Provide high‑quality financial advice to the Chief Executive, Board, and Executive Team
About You
You will bring significant senior leadership experience in financial management, accounting, digital transformation, and systems governance.
You will understand complex operational settings, lead high‑performing teams, and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Your capability in strategic planning, risk management, performance reporting, and technology decision‑making will enable IHC to navigate a dynamic environment with confidence and discipline.
