We are currently seeking a skilled Estimator on behalf of our client, a leading provider of automotive repair services specializing in accident repairs.
As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in accurately assessing vehicle damage and providing detailed repair estimates.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to determine necessary repairs.
Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software and guidelines.
Collaborate with insurance adjusters, customers, and repair technicians to ensure clear communication and understanding of repair requirements.
Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule repairs effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to estimating and accident repairs.

Requirements:

Previous 3+ years experience as an Estimator in the automotive repair industry, with a focus on accident repairs preferred.
Proficiency in using estimating software (e.g., Audatex, CCC One, Mitchell) to generate accurate repair estimates.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess vehicle damage thoroughly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, materials, and parts.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive estimating or a related field are advantageous.
