We are currently seeking a skilled **Estimator **on behalf of our client, a leading provider of automotive repair services specializing in accident repairs. As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in accurately assessing vehicle damage and providing detailed repair estimates.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to determine necessary repairs.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software and guidelines.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, customers, and repair technicians to ensure clear communication and understanding of repair requirements.
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule repairs effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to estimating and accident repairs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous 3+ years experience as an Estimator in the automotive repair industry, with a focus on accident repairs preferred.
- Proficiency in using estimating software (e.g., Audatex, CCC One, Mitchell) to generate accurate repair estimates.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess vehicle damage thoroughly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, materials, and parts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive estimating or a related field are advantageous.
