Title: S&OP Manager - 9 month fixed term contract

Description: Due to an internal secondment, the role of S&OP (Sales & Operational Planning) Manager has become available on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Planning & Analysis Manager, the S&OP Manager is responsible for the demand planning and logistics process for the NZ business, ensuring that our customers get the right products in the agreed timeframes.

This role is a 9 month fixed term contract opportunity.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship between Kellanova NZ and our Supply Chain partners, along with owning weekly and monthly cadence meetings to deliver on contractual performance metrics and Value Innovation targets.
  • Drive optimisation and delivery of the local NZ Supply Chain cost base, ensuring accurate cost forecasting, identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies and mitigate potential risks, and manage costs within budget to deliver NZ gross margin targets.
  • Accountable for key KPIs of the NZ Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator including customer service levels, warehouse write-offs, DC inventory optimisation and cost control (budget delivery) of inter-island transfers.
  • Manage the Demand Alignment review process, working with the Account Managers to identify and implement appropriate changes to customer forecasts.
  • Manage reporting and analytical processes, working with Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to ensure comprehensive and timely visibility around supply risks including out-of-stocks, date exposures, promo on-pack exposures, product transition risks and customer-specific date risks.

Your Recipe For Success:

  • Experience in Sales, S&OP or Finance within FMCG or Retail environment.
  • Experience with reconciliation & reporting systems including SAP, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Business Warehouse, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Business or Supply Chain degree preferred.
  • Strong Cross Functional Collaboration in a remote working environment.
