We are seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager to play a pivotal role within Te Iho o Te Manawataki | Library. You'll be at the heart of the team, providing essential support to the University Librarian and senior managers while overseeing key administrative functions across the division. Your expertise will drive smooth operations in HR processes, financial administration, health and safety, and building coordination. Additionally, you'll be involved in event planning, operational reporting, and ensuring compliance across activities. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting a dynamic team, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
Salary will be in the range of $82,795 to $94,691 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours a week), based on our Hillcrest Campus. While there is an expectation for staff to be onsite at certain times, the Library supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
