About the role
We're looking for an experienced Office Manager based in our Hamilton CBD office to be the backbone of our Waikato and Bay of Plenty operations. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth running of our regional office in Hamilton while assisting our Central Regional Manager and wider team.
This role goes beyond administration—you'll be a crucial part of our business operations, handling a mix of traditional office tasks, financial processing, and wider business support. Working closely with senior staff, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping everything on track.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role supporting senior leadership
- Exceptional organisational skills - managing multiple projects, calendars, and priorities with confidence
- Excellent communication skills - you'll be engaging with internal and external stakeholders regularly
- Strong IT skills - proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ordering/invoicing systems
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset - adaptability and forward thinking are key
- Discretion and confidentiality - handling sensitive information with professionalism
