We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in industrial engineering or fabrication. Our clients are industry leaders in the industrial, mechanical and coating services space, and they are looking for a driven BDM to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across key industries
  • Manage the full sales process, including tendering, contract negotiation, and closing deals
  • Work closely with technical teams to present tailored engineering solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
  • Contribute to market research and business planning to support growth initiatives

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within mechanical engineering, industrial fabrication, or heavy industry
  • Strong industry network and ability to generate high-value leads
  • Technical understanding of engineering solutions, fabrication, and industrial maintenance
  • Experience in contract negotiation, tendering, and large-scale sales
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to meet clients and develop business opportunities
