Part-time Bookings Coordinator

Are you a people-person with a knack for organization and problem-solving? We're looking for a vibrant, customer-focused Bookings Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our client's luxury travel company.
About the Role:*Hours: Approx. 20 hours per week - you must be able to work both Saturday & Sunday, plus one extra day midweek (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM on these days)*
*Weekend availability required (You can have at least one weekend off per month)*
*Additional hours may be available if you have events experience*
*Flexibility: Extra days during summer and to cover holidays / leave*
*Pay: $25 - $29 per hour (depending on experience)*
*Start date: ASAP*
What You'll Be Doing:- Customer Engagement: Be the friendly, energetic face and first impression for our guests
- Quoting & Coordination: Prepare quotes, manage bookings, and handle client inquiries
- Problem-Solving: Use practical intelligence to handle customer needs smoothly
- Social media: Posting content to social media channels when required
- Optional: Assist in managing our event/venue space for extra hours (if interested)
- Personality: A warm, welcoming approach with great communication skills
- Practical Intelligence: Quick thinking and a solution-focused mindset
- Flexibility: Availability on weekends, with adaptability for extra shifts
- Must have experience in customer facing role & be able to talk to different people
- Must be organised and great with computers
- Great phone manner
- Ideally if you have had any coordination / diary management that would be beneficial
- Proactive Attitude: Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
