Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the strategic execution and business growth of Managed Services at OSF Digital in the APAC region. This pivotal role focuses on expanding our market presence and delivering top-tier client solutions. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of scaling operations in the ANZ region and be eager to extend their influence across Japan and the broader APAC region.

This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington

Key Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the leadership team, including Business Unit, People & Culture, and the Delivery Centre Director, to align and achieve strategic objectives.

· Develop and implement a robust resourcing strategy that supports regional growth targets while optimising the onshore/offshore balance.

· Lead the transformation of service delivery structures to enable 24/7 operations across APAC, ensuring scalability and exceptional service quality.

· Drive strategic initiatives to enhance and standardise pre-sales processes, delivery methodologies, and client engagement strategies.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to drive business growth.

· Oversee performance management and development, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive team culture.

· Identify and address capability gaps, collaborating with People & Culture and the OSF L&D team to provide targeted learning and development opportunities.

· Stay informed about the Salesforce ecosystem to ensure team relevance and maintain a competitive market advantage.

· Manage relationships with external providers to support strategic business objectives.

· Execute additional responsibilities in line with global initiatives and business goals.

Success in this Role:

To excel, you must achieve strategic growth and profitability targets, ensure high client satisfaction and retention, implement scalable service delivery structures, and maintain effective team performance aligned with business objectives.

About you:

· Proven experience in a senior leadership role within service delivery, with a focus on strategic transformation and business growth.

· Strong strategic, operational, and pre-sales skills.

· Ability to work autonomously with authority, curiosity, and a commercial mindset.

· Experience in managing and scaling operations across the ANZ/APAC region.

· Background in Salesforce or similar enterprise environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
