About The Role

This exciting opportunity which will suit a senior marketer with experience in brand, sponsorship and campaign development end to end and is ready to take their work to the next level.

As a Brand Lead in the Brand, Content and Sponsorship team, you'll bring your marketing flare to life by shaping varied brand & product marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for end-to-end management of complex and exciting marketing initiatives, resulting in improved market preference and brand reputation, ultimately maximising growth, and our position as a trusted brand in New Zealand.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about all things brand & comm's, brings a background at a similar level with strong experience delivering campaigns in cross-functional project teams and an understanding for compliance requirements.

What you will be doing?

  • Proactively recommend, develop, and implement brand and sponsorship marketing initiatives.
  • Be part of cross-functional project teams, ensuring marketing workstreams are successfully planned and delivered.
  • Project manage marketing activity to deliver growth objectives.
  • Lead and co-ordinate internal teams and agency partners to ensure a collaborative way of working.
  • Champion continuous improvement across your portfolio of work.
  • Contribute to the management of sponsor partner relationships ensuring mutual objectives are achieved.
  • Support the management of the A&P budget including forecasting & invoicing.

To Shine In The Role

  • 10+ experience across brand, content, sponsorship, and digital marketing.
  • 2+ years' experience at a similar level.
  • Exceptional end to end campaign management experience across all marketing disciplines including (but not limited too) ATL, BTL, digital, social, data and analytics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently build, nurture positive work relationships, collaborate effectively, build internal capability and influence accordingly.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in a marketing related discipline, as well as some marketing experience within financial services is preferable (but not essential).
  • Extensive supplier and resource management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven writing, editing and proof-reading skills.
  • A strong customer first ethos.
