About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our brand marketing efforts and drive business growth across global markets. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing brand marketing growth plans that achieve business objectives for the Millie Moon brand.

  1. Developing Marketing Strategies: You will develop and execute marketing strategies for Millie Moon's global markets in line with best-in-class FMCG brand marketing practice.
  2. Leading Go-to-Market Strategies: You will lead go-to-market strategies and activations for Millie Moon's new markets, retailers, and NPD launches.
  3. Managing 360 Marketing Campaigns: You will oversee digital marketing campaigns & performance, collaborating closely with internal Digital Marketing Team.
  4. Brand Management: You will manage brand marketing budgets from planning to execution, reporting to the Head of Marketing on ongoing optimisation of activity and spend.
