We are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for reviewing sales, legal, technical and compliance documents while providing assistance to the sales team. You'll need strong decision-making and negotiating skills, proofreading and editing ability along with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. You will play an integral role in ensuring the business is compliant with the rules and regulations within New Zealand and with our customers worldwide. There will also be general administrative duties of a broad nature.

This is a part time hybrid role (at least 3 x a week in office) of 20 hours per week, based in Tauranga and reports to the General Counsel.

Skills:
  • Strong decision making and negotiating skills;
  • Experience in both quality assurance and maintaining compliance, including updating legal documents and policies;
  • Proofreading and editing ability;
  • Be a confident and professional communicator, both oral as well as written;
  • Be super organised and efficient and have excellent attention to detail;
  • Have a can-do attitude that no job is too big or small;
  • An abundance of initiative;
  • Previous experience reviewing and negotiating contracts will be an asset.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Using Notion to manage all customer form requests;
  • Reviewing and populating vendor, privacy and security forms, RFP's and service agreements, ensuring they are returned to the customer or account executive within a reasonable timeframe and meeting required regulations;
  • Review and markup custom customer contracts;
  • Maintain legal and compliance processes and find areas of improvement where possible;
  • Compile and maintain a directory of common information used in the forms stated above;
  • Assisting the Sales and Success team with complicated billing and unique customer use cases;
  • General sales and finance support as and when required.
