Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Compliance Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing sales, legal, technical, and compliance documents while providing assistance to the sales team. You will also play an integral role in ensuring the business is compliant with the rules and regulations within New Zealand and with our customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and populating vendor, privacy and security forms, RFP's and service agreements, ensuring they are returned to the customer or account executive within a reasonable timeframe and meeting required regulations.
  • Review and markup custom customer contracts.
  • Maintaining legal and compliance processes and finding areas of improvement where possible.
  • Compiling and maintaining a directory of common information used in the forms stated above.
  • Assisting the Sales and Success team with complicated billing and unique customer use cases.
