About the Role:
Service rural clients, discuss business risks, and develop tailored insurance solutions to meet the needs of their farming operations/businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit rural clients to understand their business risks and develop tailor-made insurance solutions to meet the needs of their farming operation/business.
- Provide high-quality risk advice and insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the community.
About You:
- Experience: Insurance or finance industry experience.
- Qualifications: Financial Services Level 5 Certificate (or willing to work towards).
- Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, solution-driven focus, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Attitude: Positive, growth mindset with a passion for Rural NZ.
