You'll partner with the Coach - Selling & Service to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service.

Reporting into the Coach, you will:

Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumersCoach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the teamDrive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potentialInspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun

A passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career1-2 years retail leadership experience with a focus on product and in store selling and customer serviceStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound computer proficiencyA natural sense of urgency

The successful candidate will work a 76 hour fortnight rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
