Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales expert in FMCG to join our team and drive growth within the New Zealand Market

As a key player reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will have the opportunity and freedom to lead cross functional customer account teams in the development and delivery of growth strategies that support customer aspiration whilst delivering Tetra Pak top and bottom-line growth. This role will focus on achieving financial and commercial excellence via establishing and growing Tetra Pak as a valued End to End System provider.

This position is based in Hamilton New Zealand.

What you will do
  • Achieve Financial Targets for allocated customers, by implementing strategic portfolio management and competitiveness to ensure profitability.
  • Foster Customer Relationships through developing and executing account plans, and enhancing the customer experience by improving touchpoints, using digital resources to increase productivity.
  • Accelerate Sales Funnel by prioritizing opportunities with operational customers, maximizing value by accurately capture customer requirements, drive cross selling opportunities, generate leads and new opportunities.
  • Planning & Forecasting on a monthly basis across business units to ensure accurate material, production, and financial planning.
  • Commercial Compliance by Adhere to Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework and regulatory requirement and ensuring timely documentation of customer files.
  • Identify and support business development opportunities within New Zealand, working with the Oceania team.
We believe you have
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience with proven results
  • Can collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment.
  • Strong business acumen with proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships, internally and with customers
  • Technical knowledge within food processing/FMCG, or the ability to grasp technical concepts easily.
