We're on the hunt for a passionate, reliable and driven cafe Assistant to join the team at our cafe in the heart of Mt Maunganui.

We serve coffee and bagels, with a strong emphasis on quality, everything we do is done with excellence and a smile.


Location _Mt Maunganui, Close to Zespri_

About the role

  • General day to day cafe tasks and operations.
  • Food prep (includes baking bagels from time to time)
  • Preparation of cafe beverages
  • Daily FOH duties (including POS, Running tables, Cleaning, Dishes and cashing up)
  • You will be required to work well as a part of a team of 48 staff
  • Maintaining our awesome reputation for service, through brilliant customer interactions.
  • Working hours range from Monday to Sunday

Renumeration
$25-30 per hour

Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience within the hospitality industry
  • You will need to have experience in food preparation
  • Excellent hygiene and food handling standards
  • A high standard in the preparation of Coffee and other cafe beverages
  • Eye for details with standards, able to prioritise
  • Have a friendly and kind attitude

Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
