ABOUT THE ROLE


Jade Software are looking for an exceptional CSM in Christchurch for a fixed term contract for a parental leave cover from early April to October 2023, to provide excellent customer service in the delivery of our managed service offering across the Jade Digital and Jade Platform lines of business.


The Jade Customer Service Managers work as a team to achieve maximum customer satisfaction with the delivery of ongoing services, and to support the growth of existing clients.


You will be joining a dynamic team; Jade's Customer Service Team supports a wide variety of customers with robust and complex systems, our customers include major financial, logistics and retail businesses and a wide range of other industries.


At an individual account level you will:

  • Gain a good understanding on a customer's business and the product(s) and service(s) that Jade is contracted for
  • Advocate on the customers behalf within Jade and continuously seek to improve customer satisfaction and NPS
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with a range of functions within Jade to secure new opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for the purposes of invoicing, performance reporting, customer correspondence

Key responsibilities include:

  • Being a key point of contact for assigned customers
  • Proactive scheduling and communication on service provisioning
  • Collaborating with Client Lead and contributing to Account Plans
  • Collaborating with Delivery, Operations and Product teams to gain a strong understanding of Jade's offerings

ABOUT YOU

What you will bring to Jade:

  • Previous Customer Service Management experience ideally in an IT managed services environment, with helpdesk, technical support or service delivery experience
  • An energetic, selfmotivated attitude with a real desire to make a difference
  • Exemplary time management and organisation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
