We currently have a full time and part time vacancy in customer service desk team. This position is crucial and aims to provide our customers with an award-winning level of customer experience.For this position we are looking for a customer service superstar who have:
- Enthusiasm and team spirit
- A passion for customer service excellence
- Good time management
- A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Godo level of computer and technology skills
These roles report to the Customer Service Team Leader and involve working on a roster basis as below:
- Full Time 42.5 hours per week
- including one day per weekend.
- Part Time 34 hours per week
- Wednesday to Saturday
