We are seeking a talented technical leader, responsible for directing and developing Access Engineers in a demanding operational environment.

As a lead you will direct the research, analysis and daily operation of collection systems, including troubleshooting and operational enhancements.

Compliance and security are essential in managing team activities.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • The ability to lead and motivate a small highly performing technical team;
  • An understanding of common networking protocols;
  • Familiarity with mobile technologies;
  • A good understanding of computer security concepts from either a Microsoft Windows or Linux/UNIX perspective. Knowledge of mobile device/network security concepts would be an advantage.
  • An Intelligence background.
