Cava from Spain, prosecco from Italy, of course champagne from France etc, with food to match the regions.

The position will involve nightly cash ups and reports, sending out weekly reports, rostering, training and managing the staff on shift, stock ordering and stocktake, liaising with the kitchen, organising bookings, ensuring cleaning, opening and closing lists are being completed, and most importantly providing excellent customer service.

A knowledge of wine is a bonus, but not essential as we provide regular training sessions. We also have a decent cocktail and craft beer list.


Full training will be given and we offer a supportive work environment, with a great team, flexible working hours, incentive bonuses, staff meals and tabs, discount at our other Wellington venues, and regular staff get togethers and training sessions.
