This would be the perfect opportunity for someone looking to learn the ropes and get into a Team Leader role down the track.

We are looking for a couple of superstars to join our onsite team in a well-known distribution center, to help organise onsite staff regarding absences, general reporting and also lending a helping hand in pick packing
THE HOURS & PAY
Pay starts at $26/hr and is negotiable based on your level of experience
The Location is in Ruakura, Hamilton
We require 1 shift Coordinator (Monday to Friday) for each of the following hours: Morning Shift | 6am - 2:30pmAfternoon Shift | 2:45pm - 11:15pm

Your role as a Shift Coordinator will involve checking everyone in at the start of a shift and ensuring everyone rostered has arrived onsite.

If not, you will be responsible for following up absences and reporting back to the Account Manager.

  • Organizing time and attendance for the Agoge onsite staff
Support Agoge Onsite staff with any issues or absenteeism
Support the Agoge Account Manager in communicating with Team Managers
Supporting the onsite team with picking and packing products (it is their busiest time of the year so all hands are on deck)
Have a proactive and positive approach to leading team members and caring for others.
