About the Company:

who are in growth phase and are now seeking a solid Account Manager to join their successful business.

About the Role:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with a large portfolio of wholesale clients, while also being able to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

You will be involved with pricing decisions, implementation of new customers, developing and delivering sales proposals and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • A focus on building strong customer relationships through engagement & retention.
  • Provide high levels of quality service
  • Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities or growth within your portfolio
  • Developing and delivering sales proposals and presentations
  • To align your sales efforts with customer care including being involved in pricing decisions and implementation of new customers.

Skills & experience:

  • Track record in sales with proven success in maintaining and growing your portfolio of clients
  • Solid understanding of freight forwarding processes
  • Impeccable communication skills and personal presentation
  • Cargowise experience preferred but not essential
