What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
Use your experience in handling continuous improvement and lead the strategy of agile delivery capability across our technology. Provide solutions that are technically feasible, business viable and desired by the customer.

As our senior scrum master, you will work with senior stakeholders to determine the contribution that business and IT improvements can make in achieving business objectives that meet our customer needs, protect the team from over-commitment and scope creep, and be responsible for the successful delivery of projects.


  • Coordinate and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, release planning, and sprint retrospectives for scrum team
  • Ensure transparency in communication and create an environment of collective accountability and continuous progress
  • Build relationships with product owners and other stakeholders to facilitate the team's agile maturity ensuring continuous improvement
  • Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation
  • Ensure that projects are executed successfully

About You | Mōu
To be successful in this role you will have / be able to

  • Teach, coach and mentor scrum teams in the Scrum practice
  • Identify business priority needs, plan and problemsolve
  • Influence, build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to gain commitment to achieve required timelines
  • Demonstratable track record in Agile delivery
  • Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master 1, and/or IC agile's Certified Professional (ICP); working towards Certified Scrum Professional
