Our client has an immediate requirement for a seasoned professional Senior Programme Manager to join their highly successful Global Software business whos focus is on payment solutions for the transport industry.

Your role will encompass management, performance and completion of single or multiple high technology programs that require the development (hardware and software), manufacture, and test of electronic and electromechanical systems.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skillsets and experience;

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in delivering projects, including complex programs
  • Must have appropriate customer experience. This will vary depending on the program
  • Must have Strong Business Acumen
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, high value projects at one time, including associated project teams
  • Proven ability as a decisive and proactive leader, with an ability to people manage effectively
  • Proven ability to input into business development processes
  • Ability to manage multiple programs in accordance with contracts and policies, procedures and department instructions
  • Capable of delivering projects that are successful and also profitable
  • Ability to build strong relationships across the client and manage key stakeholders
  • Able to Lead program execution to meet technical performance within cost and schedule
  • Able to work at a detailed level and step back to a strategic level as required
  • Ability to Manage and oversee all elements of assigned program activities from inception to completion
  • Plans and directs integration of crossfunctional program teams that represents various organizations within the Company.
  • Effectively manages major programs ($10M or greater in sales)
  • Ability to manage the financial aspects of projects to ensure that profit is earned
