Job Description:

About the role:

Responsible for promoting, selling, and expanding market share of Integrated Packaging products to existing and potential customers by offering high-quality service and building relationships.

Develop enduring relationships with key stakeholders at the Head Office level as well.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

  • Sell a diverse range of flexible packaging products, primarily in the Industrial and Primary sectors, by delivering value through innovative solutions, continuous enhancements, and service excellence
  • Form customer partnerships with key stakeholders at the head office level, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with on-site operators and users of Integrated Packaging products
  • Understand the unique needs and profiles of customers in the Industrial and Primary sector
  • Professionally manage customer expectations and communicate accurate information in alignment with Integrated Packaging standards
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with current and potential clients
  • Develop and implement Account Management plans, proposals, and targeted customer strategies
  • Provide market insights to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve short and medium-term goals of Integrated Packaging
  • Increase the utilization of Integrated Packaging products while meeting customer requirements within the company's policies
  • Ensure resources allocated to sales and operational goals are within agreed levels
  • Understand customers' commercial needs while optimizing margins through an agreed pricing strategy

Qualifications:

To succeed in the role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated expertise in business-to-business interactions, as well as Sales and Account Management skills
  • ideally in the packaging industry or a related field
  • Experience in a sector with regular call cycles to serve existing accounts
  • Experience in acquiring new business from new customers and expanding within existing accounts
  • Strong aptitude for building and nurturing relationships
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in Forecasting
