Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the important work our Supported Housing team carries out.

As part of the Business Development and Improvement team, the Advisor - Business Improvement will be involved in the design, development and implementation of Supported Housing policies, processes and tools.

The Advisor - Business Improvement will also provide advice, analysis and insight into activities that need to occur to achieve the teams' work programme.

Working alongside other Advisors and Analysts within the Supported Housing Team, the Advisor - Business Improvement will define problems and opportunities and provide solutions for these.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Demonstrable experience in process improvement, operational policy or business analysis, ideally within an operational environment
  • Strong problem solving skills using a variety of techniques such as current state and root cause analysis
  • Experience in business analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, analysis and specification
  • Clear and logical communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to tailor these appropriately and effectively to different audiences
  • Strong research and report writing skills
  • A proven history of building and maintaining effective relationships with internal/external groups and stakeholders
