We are currently seeking a skilled
Estimator on behalf of our client, a leading provider of automotive repair services specializing in accident repairs.

As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in accurately assessing vehicle damage and providing detailed repair estimates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to determine necessary repairs.
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates using industrystandard software and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with insurance adjusters, customers, and repair technicians to ensure clear communication and understanding of repair requirements.
  • Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule repairs effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to estimating and accident repairs.

Requirements:

  • Previous 3+ years experience as an Estimator in the automotive repair industry, with a focus on accident repairs preferred.
  • Proficiency in using estimating software (e.g., Audatex, CCC One, Mitchell) to generate accurate repair estimates.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess vehicle damage thoroughly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair techniques, materials, and parts.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive estimating or a related field are advantageous.
