Who is hiring?
Our client has been operating in New Zealand for twenty years providing property related service to thousands of New Zealand businesses. Over this time, they have developed a reputation for delivering on their promises and exceeding customer expectations.

They are now looking to grow their facilities management business and looking for an experienced property professional to join them to help drive their growth nationally.

The Role?
As Business Manager you will be responsible for driving revenue nationally and building relationships with industry professionals:
  • Lead and motivate business development management team.
  • Build industry relationships and referral network.
  • Maintaining relationship with customers, managing regular feedback and ensure their needs are met.
  • Lead negotiations and manage proposals and terms agreed with customers.
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting is completed.
What your will need?
To succeed in this role you will need;
  • Experience in a customer facing and leadership role within the property, building or maintenance industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • The ability to lead, train and motivate teams as well as manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dedication to Occupational Health and Safety
