Job Summary:

The Web Developer is responsible for implementing features and improvement in our web experiences for TixTrack's products. You will work closely with team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. This position reports directly to the Lead Web Developer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build great customer and staff web experiences for TixTrack products.
  • Work with and under the guidance of Ticketure's Lead Web Developer to help implement our agreed web architecture and web technical roadmap.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure that the staffside of our web experience is smooth and that issues found are efficiently triaged and resolved. At times this may involve meeting with team members to plan projects or resolve issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Ticketure team to achieve shared goals.
  • Write clean, welldocumented, and efficient code following industry best practices and standards.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of your own work to ensure that it meets team standards, works correctly and where agreed is covered by tests.
  • Assist the business in meeting its contractual SLAs by being contactable and willing to work at short notice and outside normal hours on issues/outages that prevent clients from selling tickets.
  • Work effectively within the constraints of our existing codebase to enable us to continue to run a successful business while improvements are made.
  • Stay uptodate with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance the web development process.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • Three or more years of proven web development experience.
  • Proficiency in our core technology stack; JavaScript, CSS, Vue, TypeScript, Sass, JSON, APIs.
  • Understanding of key website design principles.
  • Ability to create functional, creative and userfriendly webpages.
  • Ability to test and debug websites.
  • Indepth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment).
  • Understanding of layout aesthetics.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and attention to details skills.
