As a Level 1-2 Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing technical support to customers in the areas of Network, Cyber Security, Physical Security, WiFi, and Voice.

This is an onsite role with a team of 11 technical staff and an exciting portfolio of customers NZ wide to support.


What you'll be doing:

Your responsibilities will include incident/ticket management, L1-2 technical support, and collaborating with Senior Network Engineers to resolve complex issues. Additionally, you will be involved in areas like provisioning, technical operations, and documentation tasks. The environment is varied with technologies like Fortinet and Ruckus on one side and Genetec on the other.

What you'll need to succeed:

The key to success here is you. We are looking for sound technical knowledge and strong support experience.

  • Most important is your communication skills you are frontline
  • A friendly and warm communication style is essential
  • Come from a MSP or similar business environment
  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Suitable IT support certifications
  • Level 7 preferred
  • Right to work in NZ
