Access Community Health is looking for contact centre staff


We are based in Petone, Lower Hutt and are looking for contact centre staff to join our team, we have a variety of roles and shifts available both part-time and full-time.

The starting pay for this role is $23.50 per hour. These roles have a start date of 8th of April 2024.

The shifts we have available are:

Part-time
7:00 am to 11:00 am

8:00 am to 12:00 pm

4:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Full-time
7:00 am to 3:30 pm

He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga | About the role?
This role is a critical front facing call centre based role. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and our staff.

You will provide callers with professional, friendly and efficient service utilising our client management system to troubleshoot problems, answer queries, process requests and roster supports.

No training, experience or qualifications are required for contact centre staff as all training is provided.


You will be part of a large team, working in shifts, having meaningful conversations with those we care for and their whānau.

You will have attention to detail and be solution focused.
