ABOUT THE COMPANY


We are currently working with a leading International business with a massive Kiwi presence who are searching for a driven React Contract Developer with leadership skills to come on-board for a 6 months contract.

The company is a Market leader in what they do and provide a very innovative solutions to international Clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity to jump into a 6 month full time contract as React Developer.

You will be helping to build and refine existing products as they grow their existing customer base and target new business.

You will work alongside another, passionate senior developer and together you will champion modern, clean coding and best practices.

DUTIES

  • Selfdriven with good time management and prioritisation skills we work to a high level product roadmap, and use Kanban to manage the product backlog
  • Be capable of reasoning and thinking through problems, then independently and/or jointly develop solutions
  • Be flexible able to pivot and be open to new ideas and ways of working
  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Have a positive 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years experience in a Senior Engineer role
  • Strong coding fundamentals and knowledge of frontend technologies
  • Expert knowledge of modern frontend tech
  • Typescript, React
  • SQLAlchemy, Pyramid, FastAPI
