The Opportunity


The purpose of the Business Support Manager is to support the General Manager and leadership team of Infrastructure Delivery with a high calibre of wide-ranging organisational and administrative support.


This includes, but is not limited to, managing day to day activities, diary management, document control, meeting and events management and executing delegated tasks including office management and operational project support.


There are many people touch points with this role so we need someone who really enjoys both working closely in a team and connecting across a large organisation.


About you:

  • Proven experience in providing finance and administration support
  • Excellent communication
  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven strong business acumen
  • Any experience in the construction or infrastructure sectors would be advantageous
