We're looking for Service Desk Analysts based in Wellington.

You will need to be technically proficient, and also willing to work on a Service Desk, logging support calls from our client and resolving them yourself in most cases.

We have multiple permanent opportunities available including after hours where you need to be available after hours to normal business hours to work as well as public holidays and weekends.


Responsibilities include:

  • Provide End Users with a high level of Customer Service throughout all communications such as initial contact
  • Incident/Service Request detection
  • Provide 1st / 2nd level support for the investigation and resolution of all reported and registered Incidents and Service Requests
  • Escalation of reported and registered Incidents/Service Requests to a 2nd level where appropriate.
  • Ensure achievement of Customer Contractual Service Level via the defined process.
  • Other duties as maybe specified from time to time by the Team Leader.

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer focused role, including Service Desk preferably within another service provider.
  • Technical experience, particularly in a Microsoft environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Selfmotivation and ability in punctuality, time management, presentation and administration
  • Problem solving skills
  • IT Qualifications (desirable)
