We're looking for Service Desk Analysts / Desktop Support based in Wellington.

You will need to be technically proficient, and also willing to work on a Service Desk, logging support calls from our client and resolving them yourself in most cases.

We have multiple permanent opportunities available

In this role you will:
  • Provide End Users with a high level of Customer Service throughout all communications such as initial contact
  • Incident/Service Request detection
  • Provide 1st / 2nd level support for the investigation and resolution of all reported and registered Incidents and Service Requests
  • Escalation of reported and registered Incidents/Service Requests to a 2nd level where appropriate.
  • Ensure achievement of Customer Contractual Service Level via the defined process.
  • Other duties as maybe specified from time to time by the Team Leader.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Selfmotivation and ability in punctuality, time management, presentation and administration.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • IT Qualifications (desirable).
  • The legal right to work in New Zealand.
