The Opportunity


Citycare Property is continuing to go through an exciting period of change and we are seeking a talented Campus Services Manager to join us on the journey.

The role is an exceptional opportunity for the right person to lead in the delivery of our Campus Facilities services to the Christchurch International Airport (CIAL contract).

The role offers a variety of work where no two days are the same, including reactive and corrective maintenance programmes across the Campus portfolio.

Citycare plays an important part in keeping the wheels rolling at the Airport and this role is where the rubber hits the road for the successful delivery of the maintenance services we provide to CIAL.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the BWOF (Building Warrant of Fitness) compliance for all campus and outlying buildings
  • Managing and delivering all SMP (Scheduled Maintenance) programmes
  • Managing all subcontractors and working closely with the Terminal Services Manager for any cross over services
  • Ensuring compliance and KPI targets are met
  • Preparing and presenting monthly contract reports
  • Preparing and submitting journal requests for cost allocation
  • Responding to and investigating customer requests
  • Driving and utilising best practices and innovations to provide improvements in delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • NCEA Level 2 or school certificate equivalent
  • Strong understanding of contract administration requirements
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products specifically excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication and reporting skills
  • Subcontractor management experience
